Scope
Every engagement starts with a written spec: what will be built, what it costs, and the acceptance criteria both sides sign. The signed spec governs the project — not memory, not goodwill. The spec is yours to keep.

Build
We build against the signed spec on a fixed timeline and a fixed fee. Automated checks run throughout: strict types, accessibility at AA or better, tests tied to the acceptance criteria. You see progress on a staging build as the work lands.

Independent review
Before handover, a reviewer who did not build the work checks it against the signed acceptance criteria: brief, quality, accessibility. This gate is never skipped. You receive the review record — every criterion, checked and signed off.

Handover
On full payment, everything transfers: access, source code, documentation, and a delivery record of what was built. No retained ownership, no lock-in. Any developer can pick up where we left off.

04 / Scope & pricing
A changed number is a written number.
Every price is public before the first call. Engagements are fixed-fee: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. If scope changes, the change is written down and approved — never discovered on the invoice.
