01 / Pricing

The starting price is public.

Six ways to work with Qognis, each with a published starting point and a written scope. These are public starting points, not bait prices — the number you see is where a conversation begins.

The six formats

Audit

€3,000

Fixed scope · 1–2 weeks

A decision-ready diagnosis of a product, architecture, journey, or website — so the next decision is made on evidence rather than optimism.

What’s included

  • Intake and evidence review
  • One or two stakeholder sessions
  • Prioritised findings, not a 60-page report
  • A written recommended path and decision meeting

Best next step

Start here when the direction is unclear or spending has stalled.

Where it fits: Diagnosis and decision support — not a full discovery, research, or design phase.

Focused Build

From €4,000

Fixed scope · ~1 week

One defined product, interface, automation, integration, or mobile feature — web or Flutter — shipped to criteria you agree up front.

What’s included

  • One sharply bounded outcome
  • Acceptance criteria agreed up front
  • Peer review before handover
  • Source, access, and a short handover note

Best next step

Use when the task is contained and clearly described.

Where it fits: Not a discovery engagement or an open-ended feature bucket.

Build Sprint

€4,000–8,000

Fixed window · 2 weeks

A defined software outcome that needs momentum, delivered as one meaningful, reviewable product increment.

What’s included

  • A written scope agreed before we start
  • A shipped, reviewable increment
  • Peer review before handover
  • Documentation and handover

Best next step

Choose when the problem is known and the goal is real progress.

Where it fits: Repeatable; several sprints can chain into a roadmap.

AI Product Sprint

From €8,000

Fixed scope · 2–4 weeks · standalone tools typically €12,000–25,000

One useful AI-assisted workflow, designed for real use rather than a demo. We define the decision it supports, the data it may access, the outputs it may produce, how those outputs are checked, and what happens when the system is uncertain.

What’s included

  • A working capability with evaluation examples
  • Documented model and data configuration
  • Operating-cost assumptions in writing
  • Peer review and handover

Best next step

For one AI-assisted workflow with clear value and controlled inputs.

Where it fits: Not autonomous agents, company-wide chatbots, or model training. High-stakes or regulated decisions are scoped through an Audit — no public ceiling is promised.

Strategic Website Sprint

€9,500–15,000

Fixed base · 3–5 weeks · English-first

A high-trust marketing site for a serious business: strategy, information architecture, visual direction, custom build, CMS setup, accessibility QA, and handover.

What’s included

  • Positioning and content structure
  • Design and build in one system
  • CMS your team can actually maintain
  • Accessibility QA and documented handover

Best next step

English-first baseline; multilingual and Arabic RTL are scoped as explicit additions.

Where it fits: Languages, content types, content entry, copywriting, integrations, and SEO migration move the price — in writing.

MVP Build

€15,000–35,000

Scoped programme · 4–8 weeks · by scoped quote

A narrow, production-minded first release for one core user journey — built as a web application or a Flutter app for iOS and Android, based on where the product is actually used.

What’s included

  • Product and technical shaping
  • One core workflow, built to extend
  • Peer review; deployment or app-store release
  • Documented handover and ownership

Best next step

For founders past validation and ready to build.

Where it fits: Multiple roles, complex integrations, compliance, AI features, and multilingual product UI move the range upward. AI is scoped by workflow, model provider, evaluation, and operating cost.

Mobile delivery

Flutter for iOS and Android.

One shared codebase, two mobile platforms, and the same level of product thinking, testing, review, and handover. Flutter reduces duplicated platform effort — it does not remove the need to design, test, release, and maintain a serious mobile product.

RouteUse it whenTypical investment
Web MVPThe product is browser-based, workflow-heavy, admin-led, or still validating demandFrom €15,000
Flutter MVPThe mobile context is central: field work, scanning, notifications, repeat use, or device capability€18,000–30,000
Web + FlutterBoth web administration and a customer or field mobile app are genuinely requiredUpper band · up to €35,000

You own the Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. Qognis is added with the access required to build and submit; source code, release credentials, documentation, and operational access are handed over at completion.

Complex mobile products — compliance, sensitive data, real-time systems, specialised hardware, advanced AI — are scoped through an Audit, against written requirements.

Applied AI

AI built the honest way.

Every AI engagement is scoped around one defined workflow — not a chatbot mandate. These eight boundaries appear in every AI scope and proposal, in writing.

Purpose
One defined decision or workflow, not a vague mandate.
Data
What enters the system; where it is processed, retained, and excluded.
Model
Provider, versioning, fallback behaviour, and expected ongoing cost.
Evaluation
Client-approved examples of expected behaviour, including failure cases.
Human control
Who reviews, approves, edits, or overrides high-impact outputs.
Observability
Error handling, feedback capture, appropriate logs, and checks for when outputs start to drift from the approved examples.
Access
User roles and controls for internal or customer-facing tools.
Handover
Source, prompts, configuration, credentials, and operating instructions.

How scope changes

A changed number is a written number.

Fixed prices only stay fair if changes are handled openly. When the work reveals something the original scope did not cover, we stop, write it down, and price it before continuing — you approve in writing before any additional cost exists.

We flag early
The moment work uncovers something outside the agreed scope, it is raised — not saved for the invoice.
We write it down
The change, its reason, and its cost are documented in plain language before any work continues.
You approve first
No additional cost exists until you have approved the written change. Silence is never consent.
Fixed stays fixed
Everything inside the original scope holds its price, regardless of how long it takes us.

One gate behind every offer

Every offer sits behind one gate: the Ethics Charter.

A project that requires breaking the charter is declined, politely and without exception — and that rule is contractual, referenced in every agreement Qognis Studio signs.

Not sure which one you need? That's what the audit is for.
